Carlisle County Probate Petition
KCOJ's official AOC-805 form is titled Petition for Probate of Will and/or Appointment of Executor/Administrator. The form lets a petitioner ask for probate of a will, probate of a will plus appointment of executor or administrator, or appointment of an administrator when there is no will.
